For Admission in LKG random selection process/ lottery system will be adopted.

Admission in classes UKG to VIII is made strictly on the basis of merit through the entrantce test and interview.

Fee has to be deposited within seven days of selection, failing which the seat will be allotted to the next wait listed candidate.

Date of Birth Certificate from the competent authorities.

Transfer Certificate for the students of classes II onwards.

Medical Certificate from MBBS doctor.

Four passport size and two stamp size photographs.
REGISTRATION AND ENTRANCE TEST

The prospectus and registration form can be obtained from the school counter on cash payment.

The filled in registration form along with the required documents must be submitted to the school office on or before the stipulated date.

The registered candidates may be called for the written test and the interview.
SESSION

The school session is from April to March.
WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals from any class must be preceded by one month notice in writing or one month fee in lieu thereof.

All dues will have to be cleared before Transfer Certificate is issued.

Transfer Certificate will be issued after one week of receiving the application.

Security money shall be returned in one month after receiving the application.

School authorities may ask the parents without prior notice to withdraw the child from the school on any of the following grounds.
a) Academics : Constant weakness in studies or those who fail in the same class for two consecutive sessions.
b) Disciplinary : Those students whose conduct in the opinion of the Principal is harmful to the interests of the institution.
c) Fee Arrear : Due to non-payment of fees for three consecutive months.
Rs. 200/- will be charged for issuing duplicate copy of the Transfer Certificate and the parents will be required to submit an affidavit for the loss of the original certificate.
